Have you ever had the audio Bible in your car stop on a specific chapter—say, Exodus 2 or Ruth 2—and then walk into church or sit down with a brother in Christ and hear that exact same passage unpacked word for word? A secular world shrugs and calls it random probability. A brother in Christ asks a sharper question: “Is that odd, or is that God?”
Notice the sequence in Exodus 3:4: “And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him...” The bush was already burning, but the conversation began the moment Moses stopped walking on autopilot and paid attention.
Biblical discernment is never chasing vague mystical signs divorced from God’s Word. When God uses a repeated Scripture, a timely conversation, or a heavy conscience to arrest your attention, He always points you back to the written text of the 66 books and to His Son, Jesus Christ.
